Latricières-Chambertin es una denominación Grand Cru de la Côte de Nuits. Abarca algo más de 7 hectáreas en la comuna de Gevrey-Chambertin, y tiene un subsuelo calcáreo, con afloramientos de roca dura en las laderas más bajas. La uva Pinot No ir produce un vino tinto de color intenso con aromas de cuero y bayas rojas.
Domaine David Duband
El Domaine David Duband está situado en Chevannes, en Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Cuenta con 17 hectáreas de viñedo repartidas en 23 denominaciones. La propiedad practica la agricultura ecológica desde 2006 y cuenta con la certificación Ecocert. Las uvas se vendimian a mano y la mayor parte del vino se elabora con racimos enteros.
El Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru de David Duband es un tinto brillante. Suele tener aromas de pequeños frutos negros y tostados, y una fina tensión en el paladar.
