    Château Minuty is one of Provence's iconic estates, located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Since its founding in 1936, this family-run property has cultivated the art of exceptional rosé. With its ideally situated vineyards on the slopes of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Minuty distinguishes itself with precise, ethereal, and luscious wines.     The Minuty M rosé 2024 has a very pale color with brilliant salmon highlights. The nose opens with clean aromas of citrus, fresh red berries, and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is lively, followed by a silky texture that reveals all the finesse of the fruit. The delicate and refreshing finish prolongs the pleasure with notes of white peach and redcurrant.

    Food & wine pairings

    This rosé pairs wonderfully with a Niçoise salad, grilled shellfish or sea bream ceviche.

    Serve between 8 and 10°C to fully express its freshness and aromatic precision.

Their contribution has propelled Minuty to the forefront of the global rosé scene, with an inimitable style and impeccable quality.

    Owner and history

    The Château Minuty vineyard covers approximately 160 hectares, cultivated using sustainable farming practices, planted on schist and limestone soils typical of the Var region of Provence. The maritime influence helps to moderate the intense summer heat and ensures a beautiful freshness in the wines. Yields are carefully controlled, and the vines are harvested at optimal ripeness, resulting in pure grapes, ideal for crafting crystalline and delicate rosé wines.

    Vinification and aging

    The estate focuses on ultra-precise winemaking, geared towards preserving freshness and aromatic vibrancy. The grapes are pressed directly, the juices are then cold-clarified and fermented at low temperatures.
    The M cuvée from Minuty is vinified exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas and guarantee an airy and delicious profile, without aging in wood.
