    Description

Nestled opposite the Îles d'Or, on the edge of the Mediterranean, Château Galoupet embodies the renewal of Provençal viticulture with its commitment to organic farming. The estate, owned by the LVMH group, benefits from an exceptional terroir between the sea and the maquis shrubland, offering a preserved and luminous environment. G de Galoupet Rosé is a cuvée that captures the soul of this unique place: an elegant, eco-crafted wine, made from a typical Mediterranean blend and a bountiful vintage. Both luscious and structured, this rosé perfectly reflects the sunny and refined character of the Côtes-de-Provence.

G de Galoupet 2024 is distinguished by its pale pink color with subtle peach highlights. The nose opens with vibrant notes of grapefruit and exotic fruits, then reveals aromas of apricot, melon, and red berries. The Château Galoupet vineyard stretches across the rolling hills of the Var coast, where the schist and clay soils benefit from a dry, sunny, and windy Mediterranean climate. The 2024 vintage received welcome rainfall in the autumn and spring, replenishing the soils after two dry years. This weather allowed for balanced vine growth and optimal grape ripening. Cultivated organically, the estate's vines benefit from a protected ecosystem, enabling the production of highly precise wines where the expression of the terroir and freshness are always present.

    Owner and history

Since 2019, Château Galoupet has belonged to the LVMH group, which has placed eco-responsibility at the heart of the estate's renewal. Driven by a dedicated team, the property has been converted to organic farming and has invested in sustainable infrastructure, reducing its environmental footprint. The vision is clear: to produce exceptional rosés, true reflections of their terroir, while respecting the Provençal ecosystem. This comprehensive approach, from the vineyard to the packaging, demonstrates a strong commitment to nature, quality, and the future. G de Galoupet 2024 is the most accessible expression of this philosophy, combining immediate pleasure with environmental awareness.

    Vinification and aging

At Château Galoupet, winemaking is carried out with respect for the fruit and the environment, according to demanding principles of sustainability. The harvest takes place during the coolest hours to preserve the aromas, followed by gentle pressing.
For this 2024 vintage, the five grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to reveal their full aromatic richness. Aging on fine lees adds volume to the palate while preserving freshness and tension. The result: a structured, vibrant rosé, perfectly balanced between finesse, fruitiness, and minerality.
