    Delivery of my order

    Types of deliveries

    Standard delivery :

    Up to 29 bottles.
    Bottles delivered to your door in protective packaging in a cardboard box.
    Meeting at the half-day time set by the carrier (modifiable via the link received by email and/or SMS).

    In case of non-receipt of the package, a return fee of €35 will be charged.


    Delivery to a collection point :

    Maximum 12 bottles.
    Bottles delivered to your door in cardboard crate packaging.
    Please refer to the parcel collection point's opening hours. Your parcel will be available for 14 days at the collection point (7 days during the Christmas period).

    If the package is not received at the collection point, a return fee of €35 will be charged.



    Courier Delivery :


    From 30 bottles.
    Bottles delivered in their original wooden crate if present (on pallet or half-pallet – handling to be expected).
    Appointment for the day. Date to be fixed on the carrier's website (via the link received by email and/or SMS).

    Also available if you absolutely wish to keep your bottles in the crate.

    Delivery times

    Delivery to your home in 3 to 5 days if the wine is in stock.
    You will receive your order in 4 to 8 weeks if the wine is ordered from the estate.

    For your en primeur wines, these will be made available in your online cellar as soon as they are received in our storage unit.


    Corsica: 1 to 2 additional days.

    Prices - France and Metropolitan Islands, Europe.

    In metropolitan France :
    1 to 6 bottles: €9.90
    More than 6 bottles: €1.65 per bottle

    In Metropolitan islands :
    An additional charge of €15 per parcel will be added to the applicable delivery fee.

    In Europe
    1 to 6 bottles delivered to your home: €19
    1 to 6 bottles delivered to your home Express: €29

    These prices are valid for delivery in cardboard boxes. A surcharge applies for deliveries in original wooden crates.

    Wine en primeur delivery

    As soon as the en primeur wines arrive in our storage unit, you will be able to proceed with your cellar release from your customer area.
    For large deliveries of more than 60 bottles, a specific quote will be drawn up by customer service or with a market value exceeding €450/bottle.

    Upon receipt of the wines, the Customer will be sent a delivery or storage quote. Delivery is free for all orders over €1500 (excluding all promotions) delivered in a single shipment to an address located in mainland France.
    A surcharge may apply for delivery of wine in wooden crates .

    Create an account

    To create a Cavissima account, visit our website www.cavissima.com and click on "Create an account". Enter the requested information, including your email address and a secure password. Once your account is created, you will be able to access all of our services, such as purchasing wines, managing your online wine cellar, and tracking your orders.

    Managing your personal information

    Once logged in, go to the "My Account" section to view and modify your personal information: name, address, contact details, etc. Please ensure this information is kept up to date to guarantee the proper receipt of your orders and communications.

    online portfolio management

    Your online wallet allows you to add funds to facilitate your purchases and payments for Cavissima services. You can add funds by credit card, bank transfer, or check. Your wallet balance can be viewed in your customer area, under "My Wallet." If your balance is insufficient, you will be prompted to add funds when making purchases.

    Closing my account

    To close your account, please contact our customer service department using the contact form available on our website. Before closing, please ensure your portfolio is emptied and your wines have been delivered or resold. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale , any remaining funds in your portfolio will be refunded within 30 days of closure.

    Electronic payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, SolanaPay (USDC cryptocurrency).

    Check (only for French customers)

    Payment terms

    Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

    In the case of payment by bank transfer or check, the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

    For subscriptions, payments are made according to the chosen frequency.

    Refund

    In case of order cancellation before shipment, the refund is made within 14 days.

    If a wine is defective or not as described, we offer a refund or exchange after the product is returned.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error.

    Return conditions

    At Cavissima, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If, despite our efforts, you receive a non-compliant order (damaged product, delivery error, etc.), you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of the problem. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    Steps to follow

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department using the contact form available on our website. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Our team will guide you through the steps to return the product.

    Processing times

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of its receipt and condition. Return processing, including inspection and refund or exchange, is typically completed within 14 business days.

    Storage

    Storage conditions

    We offer a secure storage service for your wines in professional cellars located in Gironde, specially designed to ensure optimal preservation.

    The storage conditions meet the strictest standards: constant temperature around 12°C, controlled humidity, total darkness, adequate ventilation and absence of vibrations.

    Each bottle is carefully identified, labeled and stored in suitable wooden crates or cardboard boxes.

    This service is available to all customers wishing to store their wines purchased through our website.

    Manage your wine cellar online

    Once your wines are stored, you can manage your cellar online through your customer account. There you will find detailed information on each wine (vintage, appellation, quantity).

    Storage duration

    There is no minimum or maximum storage time required for your wines at Cavissima. You can keep your wines for as long as you wish, benefiting from optimal storage conditions.

    Delivery of your stored wines

    You can request delivery of all or part of your stored wines at any time. To do so, log in to your customer account, select the wines you want, and follow the instructions to arrange delivery to your chosen address. Delivery charges may apply depending on the volume and destination.

    Our offers

    Cueva Libertad

    La Cave Liberté is a flexible service that allows you to build your wine cellar at your own pace, without any initial deposit commitment. Storage fees are €18 including VAT per unit of sale per year, insurance included.

    Privilege Cellar

    The Privilege Cellar is designed for wine lovers who want to save regularly to build a tasting cellar. It works on a monthly basis, starting at €75, credited to your Cavissima wallet. You then benefit from a personalized selection of wines, tailored to your tastes and budget.
