    This rosé is equally enjoyable as an aperitif or with a meal, paired with grilled meats, red mullet fillets, or even bouillabaisse. Serve at around 8-10°C.

    Owner and history

    Nestled in the heart of the garrigue, the Château Miraval estate spans 500 hectares, encompassing vineyards, woods, and olive groves. Benefiting from an ideal location among the exceptional terroirs of Provence, the vineyard rests on clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 350 meters. The cool climate, with significant variations, combined with warm days and cool nights, imparts remarkable freshness and perfect balance to the wines.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting in the morning to preserve freshness
    - Direct pressing of Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle grapes
    - Syrah is vinified using the saignée method.
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks (95%) and barrels (5%) with lees stirring
