    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a single vineyard within the estate. This exceptional vineyard is located on the finest terroir of Saint-Joseph, with vines ranging from 20 to 80 years old! The vines once belonged to the estates of Jean-Louis Grippat and Vallouit!

    Vinification and aging

    Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures (below 33°C). The wine is aged in oak barrels for 30 months.
