    Owner and history

    The Syrah and Viognier vines are located in the Côte-Rôtie appellation and are on average 35 years old. The vines are arranged on steep terraces on both the Côte-Blonde and the Côte-Brune.

    Vinification and aging

    - Manual grape harvesting
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks
    - Aged for 36 months (minimum) in oak barrels, with 50% new barrels
