    Owner and history

    The vineyard is very hilly, making any machinery impossible. Vine maintenance is therefore done manually, using picks and winches. The vines are about forty years old and are cultivated according to organic farming principles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks with a portion of whole bunches, gentle punch-downs and pump-overs
    - Aged for 18 months in barrels that have held several wines and in Stockinger casks
