    This Côte-Rotie comes from 7 different terroirs: 3 in "Côte Blonde" and 4 in "Côte Brune".

    Vinification and aging

    Vinification in closed stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation temperatures are controlled. Maceration lasts 4 weeks. Aging for 24 months in new oak barrels only.
