    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a plot located in the commune of Dampierre-sur-Loire in Saumur. The Chenin Blanc vines are planted in a clay-limestone soil known as Upper Tunorian. The vineyard is entirely cultivated using biodynamic farming methods.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Alcoholic fermentation in oval barrels with pneumatic pressing
    - Aged on fine lees for 9 months
