This cuvée comes from a selection of old Cabernet Franc vines, planted on clay-limestone soil with a Turonian predominance. The vineyard is managed according to biodynamic principles.

Vinification and aging

- Manual harvesting and sorting
- Alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats with gentle pump-overs
- Malolactic fermentation in wooden vats
- Aged in round oak barrels for 12 months
