This cuvée comes from a sandy terroir that gives the Cabernet Franc its distinctive character. The name of this cuvée evokes the vines that have not been grafted, thus remaining "ungrafted." The entire vineyard is cultivated biodynamically.

Vinification and aging

- Fermentation in oval vats and maceration for 8 to 10 days
