Owner and history

THE Château Haut-Brion is currently owned by the Dillon family, who acquired the domaine in 1935. Under their direction, the domaine has successfully combined tradition and modernity, continuing the legacy of excellence for which it is renowned. The owners are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, while continuing to produce high-quality wines. Their passion for wine and their respect for the terroir are reflected in every bottle, making Clarté de Haut-Brion a wine that embodies the spirit of the Château.

Vinification and aging

The vinification of Clarté de Haut Brion is carried out with meticulous attention, respecting the traditions of Château. After a manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Aging in barrels, some of which are new, allows the wine to refine while adding a subtle touch of complexity. This meticulously orchestrated process aims to reveal the quintessence of the terroir.
