    Owner and history

    17.6 hectares in production on a 22-hectare property. The grape varieties planted at Fonroque are 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, the proportion of Cabernet Franc is expected to increase as many new plantings are taking place.

    Vinification and aging

    In 2005, he converted the vineyard to organic and then to biodynamic farming. A new winery is currently under construction.
