Owner and history

Jean-Luc Thunevin and his partner Murielle Andraud are the passionate owners of Château Valandraud. Visionaries, they transformed this domaine as a symbol of excellence in the Saint-Émilion region. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Valandraud The wine is made with meticulous care. The grapes, harvested by hand, are rigorously sorted before being destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, allowing for precise temperature control. Aging in oak barrels imparts subtle aromas and remarkable complexity to the wine. Extended barrel aging refines the tannins and harmonizes the flavors, resulting in a balanced and elegant wine.
