    Owner and history

    White wines represent only 3% of the Vacqueyras appellation. Yet this terroir has great potential for producing outstanding white wines! The vines benefit from a Mediterranean climate on alluvial and clay-marl soils in the heart of the garrigue. The vines are certified organic and biodynamic.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are harvested by hand with sorting in the vineyard
    - The winemaking process takes place plot by plot so that each of the terroirs can express itself
    - The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks; no wooden containers are used in order to preserve the purest expression of the terroir.
