    Owner and history

    The vineyard is organic and located between the mountains and the sea in the very center of the island. The altitude allows the grapes to retain a beautiful freshness.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested, fermented in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 to 18 months.
