    Owner and history

    The wine is a blend of ancient, indigenous grape varieties. The vineyard faces north-northwest and reaches an altitude of 100 meters. The vines are planted on granitic to sandy-loam soil and are cultivated according to biodynamic principles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Sorting in the vineyard and in the winery
    - The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled, truncated conical wooden vats
    - Aged in large oak casks and 600-litre demi-muids for 12 months
    - Racking and blending in stainless steel tanks and aging for 6 months before filtration
