      This wine pairs perfectly with a leg of lamb with Provençal herbs, served with new potatoes, or with teriyaki beef and crisp vegetables. Serve at around 15-16°C.

      Owner and history

      Reliefs is made from a mosaic of very old Carignan vines. The vines were planted between 1911 and 1944 in schist soils. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically.

      Vinification and aging

      Aged in concrete tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit, then aged in barrels.
