The thriving estate of Jessica Litaud

She also worked alongside two talented winemakers, namely...Jean-Marie GuffensAndJean-François GanevatIn just a few vintages, this promising winemaker has made a name for herself with the quality of her wines. Her cuvées, available in very small quantities, are already true rarities, highly sought after.
Meticulous attention to detail from vine to cellar
The interpretation of the terroir in each vintage
Passionate about winemaking and meticulous,Jessica LitaudShe crafts her wines like a conductor. From harvest to vine, meticulous care is taken to guarantee the optimal quality of the grapes. The winemaker opts for hand-harvesting in 7-kilo crates. Controlling storage temperatures is of paramount importance to ensure vinification without the use of any additives other than the minimum amount of sulfur necessary. Before pressing, the bunches are chilled for half a day. Vinification then proceeds without the addition of any artificial elements, except for a small quantity of sulfur. Finally, aging takes place exclusively in old oak barrels. This meticulous approach results in authentic wines of exceptional minerality and remarkable precision, their only drawback being their rarity. The wines ofJessica Litaudare surprising; she has managed to elevate her wines to the top of the appellation.Pouilly-Fuissé!
