    Owner and history

    Second wine of Château Giscours. The estate covers 80 hectares on gravelly soils of Garonne origin. The subsoil is of glacial sand. The average age of the vines varies between 3 and 10 years.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures. Aging lasts 12 months and takes place entirely in French oak barrels (fine grain, medium toast).
