Thanks to constant investment in the vineyard and the winery, they have elevated Minuty to the ranks of Provence's most iconic rosés. Their commitment to sustainable viticulture, combined with unwavering dedication to quality, makes Minuty a key player in the world of fine rosés. Under their guidance, the estate has preserved its soul while meeting the expectations of wine lovers worldwide.

    Owner and history

The Minuty vineyard stretches across the hills of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, benefiting from optimal sunshine and a moderating sea breeze. The soils are predominantly schist with some limestone areas, ideal for growing Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with particular attention paid to natural ground cover and biodiversity. The vines destined for the 218 rosé are selected for their ability to produce grapes with a pure aromatic profile, resulting in a subtle and delicate rosé.

    Vinification and aging

At Château Minuty, winemaking relies on modern and rigorous methods. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then pressed quickly to limit oxidation and preserve freshness. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the full aromatic vibrancy of the fruit.
The Minuty 218 2024 rosé is made from a rigorous selection of plots, vinified to express finesse and purity. No oak aging is carried out, which preserves the wine's fresh and vibrant character, typical of the Minuty style.
