    Best enjoyed at around 16°C with red meats, grilled, roasted or stewed. We recommend decanting the wine one hour before tasting.

    Owner and history

    Alaric wines originate from plots located on the Alaric mountain. The vines, predominantly Syrah, grow on a gravelly slope. They are planted in clay-limestone and marl soils within the Corbières AOC. The vineyard is farmed organically and biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard
    - Traditional winemaking with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 1 year in barrels with stirring of the fine lees, then in tanks
