    Owner and history

    The Clos des Serres vineyard benefits from a lovely cool climate. It lies at the foot of the Larzac plateau, at an altitude of 849 meters. The vines are exposed to both the sunny, windy Mediterranean climate and the cool mountain climate.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting in the vineyard and then at the winery
    - Vinification in concrete tanks (by plot)
    - Aged in concrete vats to preserve fruit freshness
