Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Figeac Winemaking is a meticulous art, blending tradition and modernity. The grapes are carefully sorted before being vinified separately according to their variety. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise temperature management. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, to impart aromatic complexity without masking the fruit.
