    Located in the hills of Provence, a few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence, Château du Seuil is a leading name in the Provençal wine region. The estate flourishes on a terroir of clay-limestone slopes, between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, benefiting from a climate tempered by the winds. Today, the vineyard is entirely farmed organically , having obtained certification in 2019.     Vinification and aging

    Winemaking at Château du Seuil begins with total destemming followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. The must is then vinified in new French oak barrels, with lees stirring for over six months, which gives the wine roundness, complexity, and length on the palate. For the 2022 vintage, this rigorous approach enhances the expression of the terroir while preserving a beautiful freshness. Barrel aging also provides a perfectly integrated oak structure, balanced by a natural acidity that enlivens the tasting experience.
