    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from the estate's most prestigious vineyards, located in the exceptional terroir of Saint-Georges d'Orques! The soils, rich in rolled pebbles, give the wine a velvety texture. Its name pays homage to the former owner of Château de l'Engarran, a prominent figure in the estate's history.

    Vinification and aging

    Aged for 22 months: 1 year in barrel for half of the batch then 10 months in tank for the whole batch.
