    Owner and history

Scientific reasoning and empirical knowledge are the estate's two strengths. Indeed, through extensive research into the composition of their terroir, the Jessin family has made significant progress in viticulture. This vineyard, one of the oldest in the Médoc appellation, lies on the very border with the Saint-Julien AOC. Its 58 hectares are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Cabernet Franc (5%), and Merlot (30%).

    Vinification and aging

The winemaking and aging facilities are designed for a gentle transformation of the grapes. The wines have gained in precision since the renovations at the estate.
