    Owner and history

    The soils are varied: rolled pebbles, sandy clay. The vines are located in the northern part of the appellation and are cultivated organically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with destemming followed by crushing
    - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks
    - The Grenache grapes are aged in vats, while the Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes are aged in barrels.
