Rosso di Montalcino

Rosso di Montalcino comes from the same vineyards as the prestigious Brunello di Montalcino in Tuscany, but it is aged differently. Sangiovese reigns supreme in this exceptional appellation. The wines are often full-bodied and structured, yet approachable in their youth. Producers have the option, during harvest or winemaking, to allocate the grapes to either Brunello di Montalcino or Rosso di Montalcino.
