Etna Bianco

Etna Bianco has been a Sicilian Denomination of Origin (DOC) since 1968. The appellation is located on the slopes of Mount Etna. The vineyards grow at altitudes between 400 and 1100 meters and benefit from the cool mountain breezes. This high altitude creates a cool and humid microclimate for the vines. The vineyards are planted on the basalt of the volcano, which contributes to the unique character of this exceptional terroir. Carricante is the flagship grape variety of Etna Bianco.
