Alexander Valley is one of the appellations (or AVAs) at the northernmost tip of Sonoma County, a wine-producing region in the United States. Known for its Cabernet Sauvignons, the appellation stretches 35 kilometers long and only 3 to 12 kilometers wide, encompassing over 120,000 hectares. The warm, dry climate, influenced by the Pacific Ocean, produces full-bodied and voluptuous reds, while the Chardonnays express themselves with remarkable power and intensity. The wines of this region are gaining increasing renown!
