    Owner and history

The vineyard covers 25 hectares, dedicated exclusively to red wine production. The grape varieties planted are predominantly Merlot, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc also present. The gravelly soils rest on a unique subsoil of clay, sand, limestone, and faluns (shelly limestone).

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Aged for 18 to 22 months in oak barrels (20 to 25% new oak)
