    Owner and history

    The estate comprises only 6 hectares of vines, exclusively planted with Pinot Noir. Among them, 11 Premier Cru vineyards of Chambolle-Musigny are cultivated.

    Vinification and aging

    - Traditional winemaking methods, with minimal intervention possible
    - Partial destemming of the grapes followed by fermentation using indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 20 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
