    Owner and history

    This Premier Cru vineyard is located on the border of Santenay and Chassagne-Montrachet. The soil is clay-limestone, with part of the plot on soil composed of white marl.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting is done by hand
    - Destemming before being placed in the vat for fermentation
    - Aged in barrels, 35% of which are new barrels, for 12 months.
