    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a south-east facing plot. The Pinot Noir vines are located on siliceous soil, which gives the wine great power and finesse.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested in small crates, in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit
    - Maceration in an open wooden or stainless steel vat for approximately 1 month
    - Aged in oak barrels for approximately 18 months
