    Vinification and aging

    The Connétable Talbot 2018 is crafted with the utmost care. The hand-harvested grapes are meticulously sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, to impart complexity and structure to the wine. This process allows the full richness of the terroir to shine through while incorporating subtle oak notes.
