Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Prieuré-Lichine Winemaking is a true art, blending tradition and modern techniques. The harvest is done by hand, allowing for rigorous grape selection. After careful destemming, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to ensure optimal aroma extraction. Aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, lasts approximately 12 to 18 months.
