Vineyard area: 20 ha. Soil with a sandy subsoil and a clay subsoil.

Vinification and aging

Alcoholic fermentation began within 24 hours of vatting. During this time, we performed 10 punch-downs to ensure proper extraction. Vatting lasted an average of 28 days. The wine was aged in traditional oak barrels.
