Minervois

Minervois is a red wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region of southern France. The Minervois vineyard is considered one of the largest in the region, covering over 4,000 hectares. Minervois AOP wines are made from Grenache , Syrah , and Mourvèdre grapes, which impart complex aromas of red fruit, spice, leather, and garrigue (Mediterranean scrubland). The Minervois vineyards primarily produce red wines, but also rosé and white wines.
