Quality and passion
The history of the estate begins in 1960 whenAntonin Guyondecides to acquire plots of land. He chooses plots of vines on theCôte d'Orfrom Gevrey-Chambertin to Meursault. Ten years later, his son Dominique managed to complete the estate by acquiring a total of 350 parcels. These belonged to nearly 80 owners in the commune of Meuilley, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. TheAntonin Guyon estateThe estate, which has since become a family business, now spans over 50 hectares. Today, Dominique Guyon manages it with the invaluable assistance of Vincent Nicot, cellar master and vineyard manager. Together, they oversee the winemaking process and work to express the exceptional character of their terroir. Dominique's daughter, Hombeline, also participates in the daily management of the estate. The vineyard benefits from the expert guidance of Kyriakos Kynigopoulos, a Greek oenologist. Quality and passion are the guiding principles behind the estate's wine production.
The expression of the terroir
Unwavering precision
Each step is meticulously followed, from the vine to the cellar. The raw material must be as perfect as possible. To achieve this, thorough tilling and moderate soil amendments are used in the vineyard. The harvest is carried out with the utmost care. The grapes are sorted in the vineyard and a second time in the cellar. Professional teams, experienced in the vineyard, then carry out the harvest. Some of them have been with the vineyard for over 25 years. Their perfect knowledge of the vines allows them to employ all the necessary delicacy in handling this range of exceptional appellations. The wine is then aged in oak barrels. Bottling also takes place at the estate.

Since 2016, the estate has officially been farmed organically. The 2017 vintage is therefore the first to be produced under organic certification.
