Organic and biodynamic wines. When a winemaker decides to produce organic wine, they forgo the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and limit the addition of sulfites during vinification. They cultivate the soil through plowing and encourage animal life: earthworms, bees, butterflies, etc. The root system penetrates deep into the subsoil, and the wines regain vitality and energy.
